Megan (and Eric) are the best! Megan is available at pretty much at any hour of the day which is super reassuring when buying a house, especially your first, as it can be a super stressful time. Our file was not an easy one but Megan and Eric went to town advocating for us. And at the end of the day we were able to buy our first house because of them! Which we didn't think was going to be possible for years because other brokers told us they couldn't get us a mortgage. We are super thankful for all of Megan and Eric's hard work on our file.
